Project Data Coordinator

Reporting to the Business and Operations Manager, this position will have a key role in coordinating data collection, report generation, the management of Engine activity data, as well as the systems and tools used for the process.  The position will have accountability for serving as the primary point of contact for project data required by the NSF Cooperative Agreement and working closely with the leadership team on evaluation.  The position will be responsible for developing project reporting schedules in alignment with requirements, facilitating timely documentation of data, generating reports, and working with NDSU Research Integrity and Compliance Office and evaluators on Institutional Review Board protocols, and communicating and tracking required training for the program.

 

Candidates should be highly detail and timeline oriented, with strong data collection and management experience.

Project Coordinator

Reporting to the CEO, this position will have a key role in coordinating administrative operations and assist in the implementation of a business operations plan for the NSF Cooperative Agreement and overall FARMS operations. 

 

The position will have accountability for coordinating financial operations, including budget planning and management, reviewing of expenditures and commitment of funds, maintaining compliance with funding agency requirements and university policies, records management, monitoring subawards, coordinating human resource and payroll activities, and managing meeting and event coordination. 

This position requires excellent project management and communication skills. Candidates should be highly detail and timeline oriented, with strong budgeting and operations experience.

All positions are funded through an initial 2-yr, $15M National Science Foundation (NSF) Cooperative Agreement with an anticipated award up to 10 years and $160M. The roles are positions at North Dakota State University, as the lead organization for the program.
